Pay Rent Online

Tenants can pay rent using AppFolio after they have first activated their online portal.  To set up and activate your online portal, follow the instructions below.

Online Portal Setup Instructions:

  1. Click the Online Portal Login link.
  2. Click the Request Access to the Portal link.
  3. Enter first name, last name, phone number, email address, and property address. Once the required information has been entered, click Request Access
  4. If your information matches the AppFolio database, you will receive an email with an online portal activation link to set up a password.

Only if you do not have access to your tenant portal, you can email a maintenance request to [email protected].

NOTE: Email requests are only received during business hours (M-F, 9-5) and may take longer to respond to than online tenant portal requests.

If this is a life threatening emergency, call 911.  For after-hours repair emergencies (major leak, clogged toilet, etc.) call our after-hours answering service at 619-344-0115.  Please do contact the answering service for leasing or other tenant matters, the answering service is for repair emergencies only.
