Online Portal Setup Instructions:
- Click the Online Portal Login link.
- Click the Request Access to the Portal link.
- Enter first name, last name, phone number, email address, and property address. Once the required information has been entered, click Request Access.
- If your information matches the AppFolio database, you will receive an email with an online portal activation link to set up a password.

Only if you do not have access to your tenant portal, you can email a maintenance request to [email protected].
NOTE: Email requests are only received during business hours (M-F, 9-5) and may take longer to respond to than online tenant portal requests.
