Tenants can pay rent using AppFolio after they have first activated their online portal. To set up and activate your online portal, follow the instructions below.
Only if you do not have access to your tenant portal, you can email a maintenance request to [email protected].
NOTE: Email requests are only received during business hours (M-F, 9-5) and may take longer to respond to than online tenant portal requests.
