Midland Properties may have started in 2009, but it originally got its start decades ago when the family behind company purchased its first four units in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. Today, Midland Properties manages over two-hundred units of family-owned and operated apartment buildings in neighborhoods throughout San Diego County, including Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, and Escondido.
